My experience with this surgery is that is you want an appointment with a particular doctor you have to book literally weeks in advance otherwise it is almost impossible to get to see one or two doctors of your choice. The advice I was given when phoning is that you have to phone on the day at 8am for an appointment which I did and all I can get is an appointment with a random doctor where I have to sit and wait for an indeterminate amount of time. In addition the receptionist on the phone was quite unhelpful to start with but did explain things eventually. I am trying to see a particular doctor for a particular issue and this is not possible. Waiting several weeks is also not possible.

I had a consultation with Dr Vasistha. He was efficient at sorting out my asthma and I would happily see him again.

Our family have been cared for bŷ the Doctors and Nursing staff at this practice for over 30years. It has always been a 100% commitment to their Patients. All the Medical staff are understanding and caring - the Clinics are Very good. I attend the Asthma Clinic regularly and the care I receive has improved my health enormously. Whatever age, gender or faith, this Surgery cares for you. I recommend anyone who needs a Caring and Modern practice to come here.

Excellent experience

Opening hours: Surgery only opens when I am at work and provides no evening or weekend surgery. Communication: poor. I had to phone 4 times to find out when flu jabs would start. the answer I was given was dates would be advertised in the surgery. This is no good to me as I can't get to the surgery easily. Nothing was posted on the website and there were no emails or mailshots. Access: Could the surgery provide bicycle parking? Doctors: I found the doctors I have seen unhelpful. Seemed more interested in cutting petty costs than providing patient care and patient quality of life. I also found one of the doctors had a poor attention to detail and prescribed the wrong items to me.
